The bodyquest journey is designed to create a complete life makeover to change your eating habits, movement patterns, and addictive behaviors.

This is a 6 month deep dive into getting yourself back into the drivers seat of your life. Are you ready to make choices from a place of self-love and not self-loathing, to feel strong in your body without too much constraint, build deep relationships where you allow yourself to be seen and fully supported?

MOVEMENT:
A weekly movement regime is provided through your own private webpage.

Exercise Church Membership:
LIVE online class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You are provided access to an online video library that includes warm-ups, ways to increase flexibility, and ROM exercises. Three additional videos are uploaded weekly.

NUTRITION:
Every two weeks focuses on foods to eliminate and foods to indulge in. You are asked to keep a food journal to monitor your habits. Resources are released weekly to support more manageable ways to change your patterns with food.

CONTACT:
Two one-on-one meetings are scheduled monthly with Abby. Focus will be placed on ways to build greater contact with yourself, your relationships, and the earth. You will also have daily direct access through text and Marco Polo to address any questions, obstacles, or challenges faced.

Short teaching videos will also be given weekly including FUN interactive experiences, and helpful tricks to keep you on track.

*Please note: A final class challenge will be scheduled for the last day of class.
All participants will be asked to attend our last meeting LIVE ONLINE.
