Abby Carl

Trauma Movement Therapist, Somatic Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach

I work as a bodywork practitioner in my own private practice and provide bodywork sessions, fitness classes, immersive experiences and journey programs. I have a long history as a teacher of various movement modalities and bodywork. I completed seven years of NIASZIIH healing classes and all three years of bodywork through wildernessFusion while also teaching at the school. I was gifted with the opportunity to train and teach at Tribal Edge as well.

I currently see clients in person and ONLINE. I help clients with everything from physical injuries, medical diagnosis’s, stress, relationship challenges, cancer, auto-immune, heart disease, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and beyond. My practice is a complementary healing modality that is not meant to replace what is recommended by a client’s medical doctor or health care professional. This type of healing is supportive to wherever the client is on their journey to help them see possibility in their lives!

“I was recommended to Abby through a friend without much setup or expectation — just that I must go see her. I arrived and immediately felt safe and secure in her hands. When the session began, we went really deep, really fast. I walked away from one session feeling changed and opened up to areas in my life that I had been burying for who knows how long. Abby is an incredibly gifted and intuitive healer whom I trust! Go see her!”

“I went to see Abby after a friend recommended her to me. I was having pain in my joints that kept me from walking or moving the way I wanted to. After the first session, I felt immediate relief. I have started walking again and see Abby only occasionally for support when needed. I can’t thank her enough for getting me moving!”
