Exercise Church

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS -
5:15 am to 6:30 am PST

These classes can all be completed in the comfort of your own home through the use of a mat and some simple equipment over Zoom.

What to Expect:

Exercise Church is designed to create a supportive community of somatic movement together nourishing your body, mind and soul. Each session allows for time to share, dynamic movements to increase alignment and strength and breathwork with stretching during cool down.

NEW workouts are posted weekly! Each NEW workout will focus on different areas on the body and range anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes in length. Additional warm up and cool down videos are also added regularly to the ONLINE library!
