HOMEWORK for week ONE:

  • Check in with your group on Marco Polo! You're what, why and how….?
    What - Introduce yourself
    Why - Why you are here? What do you want to gain from the program?
    How - How can your group best support you?

  • Get set up on MyFitnessPal! (weigh yourself, enter your goal weight, and enter in your info on the app) Text me your current weight, goal weight and what MyFitnessPal set up as your macros. This week is just about tracking yourself and getting used to using the apps. We will continue to make adjustments as we go. All I want you to do to start is begin entering your food each day.

  • Complete 5 minutes in the mirror exercise (even if you attended the retreat :)

  • Start your workouts for the week! Click on ‘workouts’ on your bodyquest homepage to get started.

  • Take 3 photos of yourself (front/back and side profile - from feet to head in minimal fitted clothing) and a quick video by recording yourself walking towards your phone, away from your phone, and walking from one side of the screen to the other in a side profile.
