Start making adjustments to your food to hit your target calorie count and macros.
Reach out to your groups this week and let them know how you are doing! Let your group know what you are doing for movement, what you are noticing as you start to track your calories on My Fitness Pal and what you need help with. If it is a struggle to get to Exercise Church, see if someone in your group is able to make a workout date with you over Zoom or on Face Time.
