Grow Strong
Youth Survival Camp

I am thrilled to announce an enriching day camp designed specifically for children ages 7 to 12 years old. This experience is focused on building a healthy mind, body, and spirit by tackling mental fortitude and discomfort in a way that kids can understand, appreciate and even get excited about through the lens of survival.

What to Expect:

~Survival Skills: Kids will learn the essential skills of survival in a fun and engaging way, fostering a sense of accomplishment and resilience.

~Team Environment: Working together in teams, children will develop strong teamwork and learn the value of cooperation and support.

~Mental Fortitude: Through various games and activities, we will help children build confidence, heightening their ability to lean into discomfort.

~Nervous System Regulation: Breath work, movement and meditation techniques will be incorporated to help children reduce feelings of overwhelm. Students will gain much needed tools for managing stress.

~Connection and Joy: Our goal is to ensure that every child leaves feeling healthier, happier, and more connected to themselves, others and the earth.

~Outdoor Adventures: Activities are set in the woods, providing a natural and serene setting that enhances learning, growth and connection.

~Experienced Leadership: Abby Carl brings her decades of expertise and passion for child development and mental health, creating a nurturing and educational environment based on the fundamentals of awareness and survival.

This retreat is the perfect opportunity for children to disconnect from the daily stresses and reconnect with nature and themselves.

They will gain valuable tools, make new friends, and return home with a sense of accomplishment and renewed energy!

We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you.
