Homework:

How are you breathing?  Notice when you are breathing through your mouth, can you shift to your nose?

Can you talk less and listen more?  Can you see how this makes your body feel?

Try taping your mouth at night and experience the difference of breathing thru your nose

Focus on your exhale

Replace your desire for alcohol with some form of breathing -

7/8/9 breathing

Square breathing

Nasal breathing

Simply slowing your breathing down
